    :Introduction:

    Hello once again fellow Raiders! Now I am going to present to you my personal build for Annette, the Technomagi!

    It took some time for me to build her because at the same time, I am now currently using her and planning a new build team.

    ANNETTE, the Technomagi

    So, Annette is one of the most underrated Heroes in King's Raid, her kit gives Magic Damage Amplifier, an AoE Heal, an AoE Stun (yes she does) and lastly she herself deals tons and tons of damage if built right.

    So, Let's begin shall we?


    :SKILLS:
    REWORK/ADJUSTED 2018 UPDATED

    First Skill: Blasting Ray

    2 Mana Crystals / 11 sec Cooldown

    Attacks enemies in a straight line, dealing ??? M.DMG to targets and increasing their M.DMG taken by 25%. While Overcharged, deal ???additional M.DMG and increases M.DMG taken by 25%.

    This is your main source of "skill" damage and also your starting tool for killing, yes...this guy...

    Second Skill: Emergency Treatment

    2 Mana Crystals / 17 sec Cooldown

    Clear all negative effects from allies and heal for ??? HP for 10 sec while increasing Debuff Resistances by 250. While Overcharged, all allies gain 250 Crit Chance and are immune to status effects.

    This skill is underrated, why you asked? Because this skill is well-timed, your entire team will be immune to any Crowd Control/disables that your enemy will throw at you! At the same time heals and boosts your allies Critical Rate, not bad eh? Note that the heals are stacked with your damage and can Crit!

    Third Skill: Process of Elimination

    3 Mana Crystals / 25 sec Cooldown

    Target a random enemy, firing an energy ball that explodes, dealing ??? M.DMG to nearby enemies. When Overcharged, deal ??? M.DMG and stun enemies for 5 sec when the ball explodes.

    This bomb explodes and deals a chunk of damage to your enemies HP, trust me it does! When accompanied by your "Emergency Treatment" it will deal 2x the damage more!

    But! There's more! She has her passive that makes her even deadlier!

    Passive Skill: Charge/Over Charge!

    Auto Attack

    Every 0.5 sec, gain 1 Charge stack. Every 1 orb of mana used for skills, gain 10 Charge stacks. Upon 100 stacks enter Overcharged state, gaining ??? ATK for 15 seconds, while auto attacks reduce cooldowns by 10%. While Overcharged, cannot gain Charge.

    Now this here, is your source of Epicness guys! Why? If Annette geared well, she will be a machine in steroids! (Over-exaggerating lol)
    When Annette's charge reaches the maxed output, which is 100%, she gains new extra bonuses from her skills.

    The faster she attacks, the faster you'll get her to her super-saiyan mode and most importantly increasing her damage output while a being a support.

    So, after you maxed all of your skills what happens to her then? In my theory, every skill you use, makes your passive (Charge/Over-charge) becomes easier and faster!

    Every skill has 30% increase in her stacks for her to reach super saiyan( Charge ), the Math is as follows:


    "|Every 0.5 sec, gain 1 Charge stack. |"
    "|Every 1 orb of mana used for skills, gain 10 Charge stacks.|"

    From this Video Presentationp[ watch the first skill ], I calculated it and based from using her in my game-plays.

    NOTE
    Also, for some reason, it gives an additional 5 stacks instead of 20...so it's at total of 25 stack per skill(Third skill excluded).

    Here's the given:

    S1 = First Skill
    S2 = Second Skill
    S3 = Third Skill

    Without UW not Maxed Skills
    Every 10s = 20 Stacks
    Every Skill Cast = 10 Stacks

    (for some reason in the video every 2 mana crystals = 25 stacks, I've already tested it out myself...)
    (You have 6 Mana Crystal so, that's 60 stacks)

    The Equation:

    S1 + S2 = 40 stacks, add the first 10 seconds(20) = 60 Stacks, Then add S3 (3 crystals) = Total of 100 Stacks...

    If we follow the description in the game, wherein 1 crystal = 10 stacks this would be the summary.

    But, if we follow the in-game version, wherein 1 crystal = 12.5 stacks this would be the summary.

    S1(25)+S2(25+First 10seconds (25)+S3(30)= 100 Stacks


    With UW (Unique Weapon) and Maxed Skills
    When you maxed all of your skills, you gain 30% more that's plus 5 more stacks...

    Every "1.5s" you gain 1 stack.


    Every 10s = Additional 8 Stacks
    In every 10 seconds you have 8 stacks
    Every Skills Cast = 10 stack +5 (maxed skill additional 30%)
    Every time you used S1 or S2 you'll gain 30 Stacks instead of 25.

    S1(30)+S2(30)+First 10seconds (20+8)+S3(35) = 123 Stacks!
    That's already way over the peak!
    That's already maxed! Now, think of her having a full Attack speed build with decent Damage?


    :ITEMIZATION:
    |Gears, Runes, Accessories, Unique Weapon and Artifacts|

    These are the stats/gears/accessories that you'll need in order to make her a reliable source of damage and a reliable support. Also provided the initial stats she really needs...

    MAIN STATS

    CRITICAL CHANCE/CRITICAL DAMAGE/ATTACK/ATTACK SPEED

    There's no argue on what her build is, specially when she is relying on her basic attacks to make useful. Remember that when Annette is on "OVERCHARGE" she gains a new passive, which grants her EVERY ATTACK reduce her skill cooldowns by 10%.
    ATTACK - the basic stat of all the heroes in King's Raid. Giving Annette a good % of damage will result to improving her damage, as well as healing your allies. Remember that the more damage you have the more heals you give. This will also let her deal more damage as a "MECHANIC" as her primary role, to deal EXTREME damage to foes.

    CRITICAL CHANCE - another stat that is useful to Annette is Critical Hit Chace, wherein every attack or skill, there's "CHANCE" that it will deal DOUBLE the damage. This will highly give Annette the extra juice she needs in order to get that damage overflowing in both arena and dungeon.

    CRITICAL DAMAGE - the most devastating stat of all is this one! Not only that CRITICAL HIT CHANCE improves your chances of landing twice the damage, but this once increases that "DOUBLE DAMAGE" even further! It acts as an amplifier for your Critical hits.
    Note:
    For example, if you have 1,500 damage(just an example okay?) when landed in critical, it would 3,000 DMG. 1,500 x2 = 3,000. Now add CRITICAL DAMAGE.
    3,000 x2 = 6,000 More damage....(depending on your CRIT DMG)
    ATTACK SPEED - this would be her 2nd Core stats she will have, without it she will never do er role as a DMG Dealing mechanic. Remember that her AA(Auto Attacks) are amplified by her OVERCHARGE. Thus, the faster she attacks, the faster you'll get those skills raining on your enemy!

    More damage? Got you covered!

    If you need survivability you may want this, but the Rings and Orbs gives you a good amount of HP if you need them.


    Secondary = Default M.Def

    Rune of the Heartless = Crit Hit Chance
    Uh-huh, this the only choice you have...


    :"Accessories 3 types":

    Earrings = Attack
    When getting the earrings, you should get the following stats:
    ATK.SPD/CRIT/CRIT DMG/ATK
    You could do the normal build that everyone uses...

    Necklace = M.Def

    Circle/Belt = P.Def
    ^This two is for defense, it's basically for the frontline, but who knows when you need it right?^

    Rings = Max HP

    If you need survivability, this would be the right choice for you, because it gives tons of HP and then there's the stats you will need. Same as the earrings, it will be the things you want to choose from.

    ORBS

    Orbs only gives you tons and tons of HP, but remember you can choose from various options...

    NOTE:
    When you get you Accessories, focus on ATTACK SPEED/CRIT/CRIT.DMG/ATK...this is your main stats...Alright!

    Every 1.5 sec gains 1 stack of Magic Charge and Recover 1% mana.

    When Upgraded from 1 star to 5 star:
    1 = 1.4s
    2 = 1.3s
    3 = 1.2s
    4 = 1.1s
    5 = 1s

    :UNIQUE WEAPON RUNES:

    This is the only two Runes that are worth choosing from:

    Runes of Agitation
    MP Recovery/Attack +X%


    or

    Runes of Fierce Attack
    ATTACK +X%

    Lifesteal or Penetration? Depends if you want... but it more better to choose from those two...

    Need damage as well as mana? This will do the trick! Or just go with pure damage and get RUNE OF FIERCE ATTACK 3x?

    :UNIQUE TREASURE:

    Code of Annihilation

    [Process of Elimination] DMG is increased by 20% and upon ATK, gains 2 stack of Charge. This stack can be gained while in Overcharge state.

    ":Artifacts Needed:"

    Drinking Horn of Ancient Cow
    (It's a Golden Cup)
    Upon attacking an enemy, there is a 10% chance for 10% of both ATK and ATK Speed to increase for 10 secs.

    Golden Cat Statue
    (A Golden Cat)
    Every battle, Speed is increased by 40% for the first 15 secs.

    This attack speed item will serve as a tool which will make its usefulness in which you lack attack speed.


    These are the only two things that works well with Annette's Kit...most recommended is the Drinking Horn of Ancient Cow.


    What Dragon Item Set to be used?


    Red Dragon Set:

    2 Sets = 100 Critical Chance
    4 Sets = 130 Critical Chance

    Red dragon's set is the best choice really... Hands down on this set.

    Black Dragon Set:

    2 Sets = MP/ATK +35% Recovery
    4 Sets = MP/ATK +45% Recovery

    Black Dragon's set is more of a replenishment for your mana crystals...with the Transcendence Perks, and Runes that you have, I think maybe that it's already a bit over the grid...but why not try it? Yeah, more mana more Skills to be casts!

    Blue Dragon Set:

    2 Sets = MAX HP+10%
    4 Sets = MAX HP+13%

    Ice Dragon's set is really build for surviving... nothing more.

    :Experimental Build Sets:


    v.1
    2 Sets (
    RED) + 2 Sets (BLACK)
    100 Critical Chance + MP/ATK +35% Recovery

    v.2
    2 Sets (
    RED) + 2 Sets (Blue)
    100 Critical Chance + MAX HP+10%

    v.3
    2 Sets (Black) + 2 Sets (Blue)
    MP/ATK +35% Recovery + MAX HP+10%

    ":Transcendence Perks:"
    OLD Transcendence Perks

    Transcendence Skill 1 = ATK UP
    ATK rises up to 30% more.

    Transcendence Skill 2

    Target Weakness
    - ATK and DEF Penetration rises by 20%.

    Commonly I get this, why? Because I'm after that 20% increase in damage! This is very useful if you want more damage and heals in your team.

    Ready Cannons - Mana recovery per second rises by 50 per every enemy.

    This is more of a situational, if your having trouble with Mana, this would be your choice, but be warned...the less enemy you have the less MP recovery you'll get...This is for Raids/Quest imo. In pvp? it may be effective, in the first few seconds.

    Destroy Armor - When attacking, deal additional P.DMG based on enemy P.DEF.

    You want to get this if you're running CRIT/CRIT,DMG/DEF.PEN/ATK...because the more armor they have, the more damage you deal to them + you'll shred them naked with penetration focused build(if you are going for the Def.Pen build).
    Special Bullet - Attacked target has their ATK and Crit Rate reduced by 15%. Does not stack. Defense

    This can also be useful, "ATTACKED TARGETS", so meaning your skill counts right? (correct me if I'm wrong...) then you will be debuffing your enemies damage by -15%.

    :RATING OF PERKS:
    10/10


    Target Weakness - 10/10
    Ready Cannons - 6/10
    Destroy Armor - 7/10

    Special Bullet - 7/10

    NEW Transcendence Perks

    TRANSCENDENCE 3
    LIGHT vs DARK

    Second Skill: Emergency Treatment

    LIGHT: Cooldown reduces by 3s.

    DARK: Charge amount is boosted by 40% upon use. (stacks)

    Fourth Skill(Passive): Over Charge


    LIGHT: ATK is increased/boosted by 40%.

    DARK: Overcharge durationg is increased by 3s.

    So, in the T3...I would choose "Second Skill: Emergency Treatment" Light, because to be an effective support-dps, you must spam that HEALS/BUFFS to your team..plus, your passive when activated reduces your skill cooldowns by 10% each time Annette attacks!

    Fourth Skill(Passive) Dark, can also be effective...while having it increased in duration for 3 more seconds, you can have 3 cast of your heal within that time span.


    TRANSCENDENCE 4

    LIGHT vs DARK

    First Skill: Blasting Ray

    LIGHT: Area of Effect is boosted by 40%.

    LIGHT: DMG is increased by 40%.

    DARK: Target takes 25% increased M.DMG.

    Blasting Ray DARK would be your best choice, because the more/faster stacks you have, the often you use your Over Charged!


    TRANSCENDENCE 5

    Character Upgrade vs Character Special Skill

    LIGHT: ATK, DEF, HP+10% / ATK.SPD + 100

    DARK: When OVERCHARGED activates, increase all allies ATK SPD by 200, and increase the ATK OF ALL ALLIES by 5% of Annette's ATK.

    So, what to pick? THE DARK SIDE! Look at all those benefits to your entire team! So, buff her up, get some DAMAGE, and see you DPS go UP!....

    AH yeeesss,.. Simply amazing!

    DARK: Overcharge durationg is increased by 3s.

    TRANSCENDENCE 5

    Both LIGHT AND DARK

    TOTAL - 80 Pts.

    Summary:

    TRANSCENDENCE 3 = "Second Skill: Emergency Treatment" LIGHT
    TRANSCENDENCE 4 = "Third Skill: Process of Elimination" DARK
    TRANSCENDENCE 5 = OVERCHARGED, LIGHT and DARK

    So, if we're going to follow the builds that were suggested here, you're DPS and Buffs will greatly give your while team the advantage interms of Sustain and DAMAGE! Think of it RAIDS and WORLD BOSS!


    :HOW TO PLAY WITH ANNETTE IN YOUR TEAM:
    Annette in your team:

    Simply buff her up by getting the core gears she needs. As Annette plays 2 roles, which is a Support and a Damage dealer. Once she's in her OVERCHARGE state, she gains immense buffs on her attack and her skills which also boosts your allies potential in both pvp and pve circumstances...

    Can we go without any healers?

    Yes, but not recommended if you're not used to her kit. Her only supporting skill is her heal, which is all for your allies, plus when OVERCHARGED she imbues them with CC immunity, yes IMMUNE to CC and others ailments...and once more CRITICAL BOOSTS!

    If she can't be a healer, what's her purpose?


    Her main purpose is to support and amplify damage for Wizards as well as provided a supportive heal. Why? Her first skill reduces M.Defenses, her second skill gives heal, immunity and critical chance boost. While being a support, she can also deal damage by just auto-attacking, yes just by using her basic attacks...

    Her Skill Rotation?

    Any skill will come first depending on the situation:

    When in need of healing, S2>S1>S3
    When in need of damage, S1>S2>S3

    Remember that every skill you use makes your stack go up even faster...


    Heroes that synchronize well with Annette?

    Rating: S++

    Definitely one of the healer there is, which goes with 5s of heal and can't be interrupted when maxed. With Annette at her side, she'll be boosting her team with Immunity to CC, Critical Chance, Attack and Attack Speed with Kaulah at hand...

    Frey

    Frey is one of the best healer when she's with Annette, because her 2nd skill when maxed goes well with Annette's 2nd skill. The 50%+ Recovery to the shields that you will have will stack with Annette's heal, in shorter terms...Frey's shield will amplify the heal of Annette.

    Laias
    Rating: S+

    Laias is an overall great healer for all aspect of the game. She's also great in healing a "Single" target ally, which your tank who always gets to absorb the most damage. If Annette provides Immunity in her heals, Laias provides Mana replenishment to the whole team! A good combo to begin with.

    Rephy
    Rating: S


    With Rephy on Annette's side, there's no doubt that you will spam all your heals together while maintaining a good mana-pool at your disposal. Rephy is good in replenishing your mana.

    Knights

    All Knights greatly contributes to the team, but for Annette's case, she only provides her 2nd skill as the main reason of support. Her main purpose now is to stay alive when Knights are in the front line while she shoot them down...

    Kasel, Naila, Gau and Viska as well as the new Hero Priscilla can get Annette's buff as an amplifier and boost there skills damage output to a devastating result...Immagine Gau and Naila not going down from any CC.

    Certain Heroes that is a great threat to Annette?


    Demia: Yes, her hooks can easily get her...but if you get CC in your build chances are she stays at the back line and lives to tell the tale...there's a chance that your healer is first to be hit, then you've guessed it, Lorraine to be pulled in-front...

    I stucked her with super fast mana recovery. The more skill's spam, faster charge. full charge, overcharge. Hell yea! In hell mode she can overcharge at least 3x(with my current build) .
    .
    At t1 i put 30% atk. At t2 i try deal more pdmg base on enemy pdef. Still working on what's best on t2.
    .
    I dunno if anyone can agree with this, but she is actually a good sub support/dmg, if build right.

    That's true!

    With Mp/atk + attack speed + your passive + your UW...you can get those stacks very very fast! She's kinda OP imo.

    I think Annette is so underrated simply because she isnt as straight forward as say Aisha which is sad because she really is a useful hero. Your information on how fast she can gain charge is very nice! Anytime we can add more math to better our understanding of mechanics is a big win for serious players.

    One of the big things I like about Annette is that she pairs well with Frey as Annette's second skill really covers up Frey's weakness which is group healing. Looking forward to the rest of your guide as it becomes available!

    Frey and Annette is a duo-combo imo, because of her shield which grants us or our whole party 50%+ recovery! Add Annette's Emergency Med Kit(lol) and it would be awesome!

    @TheGreatWall, im planning to build my Annette because i have her 600/1200 in my inn.
    how should i build her skill first?
    is it worth to build Annette as a support instead of dps? i think she have more useful in her cc and supports than her damage..

    Honestly Annette is very lacking in the CC department as only her 3rd skill has any CC and that is ONLY when she is overcharged so I would find her some teammates that bring the CC.     IMO, if you build her as a support then you will lack DPS in your team, Her only support is her Heal as well as giving immunity to all CC plus! Crit chance boost! But that is only when "OVERCHARGED"...

    But, if you build her as a normal Mechanic, not only as you heal fast(as a support) but also deal damage! Remember that your heals are based from your damage...so she is much better as a focus "DAMAGE" support...working as a SUPPORT/DPS

    Skill build? Go max first the Laser, then the Heal then the Third...

    the first and second skill are easy to cast, with 2 mana crystals only...with this you'll reach OVERCHARGE in a matter of seconds... ;)

    That CRIT DMG thou hahaha nice nice stats~

    Even she lacks CC, but comes online when she's OC, which stuns a large sum of AoE with Crit!!!!
    She has her team to cover her lack of CC, I'll cover that here too, you'll see ;) thnx for giving/sharing your builds!

    100% YES!

    Every second counts for Annette's Stack to get overcharge quickly...

    And if you manage to upgrade your UW to 5* every 1s = 1 stack + 1% Mana regen.

    UW not upgraded = 1.5s
    UW when upgraded to 5* = 1s

    Thanks for the Great guide! answered most of my queries.
    Question, can she work as the main dps and paired with any CC god/goddess for Dragon Raids??or get a hyper carry to pair with?

    Actually, the answer is no...Damage likewise, YES! A BIG YES!

    Her only CC comes up (her third skill) when she's OVERCHARGED... but can bring the CC gauge of any dragon to half or even all down...
